Eye, Eye

"Will we? Won't we? Ooh, I don't want to go on a day with bad weather. Yeah, but the weather's good. Oh, it's not any more. Oh, it's good again!"

Despite the rediculously changeable weather (some might even suggest it was rather Melbourne-like), when we finally committed to going for a ride on the Eye, it was well worth the trip.

Bruges

In no particular order:

• Beautiful town (with plenty of tourists, but without a lot of the usual tourist traps)
• So many snacks (frites, moules, more frites)
• Canals a la Venice
• Mmm, Belgian beers (including the occasional Mad Bitch)
• Oh, and Belgian chocolates
• Cycling to Holland (that's a whole different country!)
• Food poisoning
